CASTING

PROCESS CAPABILITIES

· Sand Casting
We utilize high-quality silica sand to create molds for both simple and complex geometries. This versatile process supports a wide range of metals—ferrous and non-ferrous—and part sizes from small components to large industrial castings. Ideal for cost-effective production and flexibility in design.
· Shell Molding
Leveraging a refined resin-coated sand technique, our shell molding delivers superior surface finish and dimensional accuracy—typically within ±0.03 in across the parting line. It excels in replicating fine details for small- to medium-sized components, such as gearbox housings and cylinder heads.
· Die Casting
With precision-engineered metal dies and high-pressure injection, our die casting processes produce smooth surfaces (Ra ~1 µm), tight tolerances, and consistent repeatability. Well-suited for high-volume runs of complex, thin-walled components across alloys like aluminum, zinc, and magnesium.
· Investment Casting
Also known as ‘lost-wax’ casting, this method enables the creation of highly intricate shapes with outstanding surface finish and tight dimensional control—ideal for aerospace, medical, and decorative parts from wax-based patterns coated by ceramic shells.
· Permanent Mold Casting
Using durable metal molds (cast iron or steel), our permanent mold casting produces dense, high-strength parts with excellent repeatability. Available in gravity-fed, low-pressure, vacuum-assisted, it supports medium-volume production and dense alloy components.

VERSATILITY QUALITY ASSURANCE

· Size & Complexity
Our facilities can handle castings of virtually any scale—from a few grams to 1000kg or more—and complex geometries, including internal passages, threads, and thin walls.
· Materials
We work with a broad spectrum of alloys: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, magnesium, zinc, brass, and specialty alloys.
· Precision & Finish
Depending on the process, our surface finishes range from coarse sand textures to ultra-smooth Ra 1 µm, with dimensional tolerances as tight as ±0.1 mm.
· Process Optimization
We help you through selecting the most suitable casting technique—balancing cost, volume, accuracy, and material performance—to ensure product integrity and project efficiency.
· Vertical Integration & QC
With in-house melting, molding, finishing, machining, heat treatment, and non-destructive testing (e.g. X-ray, UT, RT, CMM), we maintain full-cycle control over quality and delivery timelines.
