Material Control
Material quality is the foundation of product performance.
· ACIP works with diverse materials—ferrous, non-ferrous metals, polymers—and processes including casting, stamping, welding, forging, machining, and injection molding.
· Casting can alter raw material properties. We require date codes on cast parts for traceability, and factories must test each batch to meet standards or customer specs. Our suppliers are experienced and carefully selected.
· For every shipment, material reports are mandatory to confirm compliance with design requirements. We also conduct spot checks, including chemical composition, mechanical property tests, and hardness tests to ensure material qualification.
