Traceability

Through tracking and identification at different stages, the products provided by ACIP achieve full life cycle traceability.

Raw materials:
ACIP requires that the raw materials of each batch of products must provide material report issued by the material factory to ensure that the materials meet the customer's design requirements.

Production: According to different processes, different date codes and other information will be given to the products during the production stage to facilitate subsequent traceability.
· Castings use casting date codes to permanently mark relevant production information on the products. The date code can use the format required by the customer or the universal year-week-factoryformat;
· Sheet metal parts use punching or laser marking to mark relevant production information;
· For workpieces that undergo surface treatment such as spraying, galvanizingand electrophoresis, Sinotec will also choose to spray date codes in order to mark without damaging the coating.

Packaging:
When packaging finished products, Sinotec requires a box sticker in a format specified by the customer to be affixed to the box, which also contains the product's date code and other information.
Full life cycle traceability can help Sinotec and customer achieve:
· Ensure product quality and improve production reliability;
· Find and quickly locate defective parts to reduce recall costs;
· Improve supply chain transparency and optimize inventory management.
